Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic orders

 For orders within the United States, once your order is processed, it will be shipped from our facility located in Miami, Florida.Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please refer to the available shipping options and estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

International orders

For international orders, the processing time is also 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Please note that the shipping for international orders will vary based on destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Customs and import duties may be applicable to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on your country’s customs policies. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
