Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn items with all original tags and branding attached within 14 business days of the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alteration.

Return Options

Upon returning an eligible item, you may receive store credit or a refund.If you choose to receive store credit, it can be used towards future purchases on our website. The store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item.

If you prefer a refund, we can process a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return, through the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note that certain items, such as final sale items, personalized or customized items, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
